Nice big, beautiful park. Some trash on the outskirts though

It's a nice quiet public park. It has a walking trail with a brand new playground. It has basketball courts, a baseball field as well as soccer goals. And there's one goal post for football. It also has plenty of trees for shade and outside water fountains.

I came here for a peaceful walk and I am honored to get to know and learn about the Maides family. I love this park and will definitely come often! Here are some photos I took of the walk π€

The park doesnβt have swings. That was my daughterβs only complaint. The playground was naturally shaded by tall trees. My 3 and 6 year old were both able to comfortably play on the equipment. The bathrooms were also close by. There were two picnic areas and plenty of parking. I didnβt explore the other side of the building but I believe I saw soccer fields and a basketball court. There was plenty of open space to kick a ball around. So itβs a decent park to kill some time.

Great park! It has recently been remodeled and the playground has a few different types of swings now. There are bathrooms nearby and 2 different pavillions with picnic tables. There is a fence around the entire playground! Tall trees give decent shade depending on the time of day. There's also a small workout station.
